A sweater knit from sock yarn. I used two balls at once knitting alternate rows from each to make the color banding wider. I like the little picot edging on the hem and sleeves. I thought I could knit the whole thing (size 18 months) from 100 grams of yarn but I only got the body out of 100 grams and used leftovers for the sleeves- still, I think it turned out rather well. It fit Jillian perfectly- happy happenstance as I didn't bother with gauge. I'm working on some socks from Lucy Neatby's book "Hot Socks for Cool Feet". We had a good day at the yarn shop- Liz made some particularly wonderful bread and we got a preview of some new yarns that will be coming in.
