We treked up to the Michigan Fiber Fest in Allegan yesterday. Had a great time; the conversations were interesting; the corn dogs, tasty; the italian sausage sandwichs, good and the elephant ears, fantastic. Had a nice chat with Linda from Old Mill, Sue Pufpaff's booth looked great but she had lots of customers and I didn't want to interrupt. Of course, I brought a few things. Some roving fromPersimmon Tree Farm.The color is "Fall Leaves" but the picture doesn't quite do justice to the colors or the sheen.

I've been reading a lot about "Socks That Rock" on other blogs but this was the first time I'd seen the yarn "in person". The colors are just beautiful. I'm going to try to save it for a winter treat, a little something to brighten up a dark winter day.
