I'm going to be spending the week-end with the South Central Michigan Knitting Guild and Candace Eisner Strick. Two days of fun and informative classes. The Guild is a great bunch of women so I know we'll have fun. Strick is an excellent technical knitter so I'm looking forward to learning a lot. The classes are graded "intermediate" so I shouldn't have to strain my brain too much. I've spent the week knitting up my swatches for class so I'm ready to go.
Kathy and I are all signed up with Knitting Today for Camp Iwannaknit Retreat in June. We even have our room reserved. We had such a great time staying on site last year that we decided to splurge and do it again. I'm taking classes with Joan Schrouder- another technical knitter.
