Mike Pence (R-Indiana), whose district includes Muncie and part of Allen County (just south of Chez Warped) went to Baghdad with John McCain and has declared the Baghdad market was, “like a normal outdoor market in Indiana in the summertime.” So those of you who are planning to come to Shipshewanna this summer, be sure to pack your flack jackets.
The workshops with Candace Eisner Strick were great. I came away with a few new tricks and a new appreciation for some old ones. I'll have some pics the end of the week, right now I'm frantically cleaning house in preparation for the arrival of grandchildren next week.
