Yesterday was a great knitting day. First, knitting at the cabin and a chance to hear all about Stitches Midwest and to see everyone's purchases (there was a special lunchtime show- a logger who loaded logs on his truck). Then 2 1/2 hours in McDonalds with Lea-Anne reading Cat Bordhi's new book. We both brought yarn and needles for sampling but were so busy talking about knitting that we never got around to doing it. I have started a sample sock from "New Pathways for Sock Knitters", this book will require a lot of samples.
